Bed & Breakfast

Guests get access to over 20 restaurants in Dubai under The First Group Hospitality, offering a diverse mix of international cuisines and unique dining experiences.
Dine Around is applicable for lunch and or dinner at selected restaurants (Please refer to the following link https://www.thefirstcollection.ae/dine-around/). Not applicable in 5-star hotels, such as Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG.
Dine Around Half Board excludes Festive events: Christmas Lunch and New Year's Dinner.
Dine Around Half Board Plus consists of lunch or dinner per person plus 2 bottles of beer, or 2 glasses of house wine or 2 glasses of house spirits.
Dine Around Full Board Plus consists of lunch and dinner per person plus 2 bottles of beer, or 2 glasses of house wine or 2 glasses of house spirits.
Children Dine Around Plus consists of 2 soft drinks.
Restaurants will offer either a set menu, or a buffet.
Children below 5.99 years will eat for free on all meal plans booked based on Kids Menu and children from 6-year- old till 11.99 years will be charged as above illustrated Meal Supplement.

GENERAL POLICY
A minimum length of stay of 4 nights is required for guests arriving between 29 and 31 December 2026/2027, and no check out is allowed on 31 December 2026/2027.
These rates are applicable only for inclusive FIT tours and leisure packages and are not valid for groups of 10 rooms or more or for MICE groups (meetings, conferences, incentive groups, congresses, or other events).
FIT rates may be used for reservations up to 9 rooms and may only be used for bona fide leisure guests. All rates and promotions apply to stay dates only. These rates are applicable for all worldwide markets.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 15:00 check-out time is 12:00. All guests arriving before 12:00 will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
Early check-in can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the 1st night room rate for arrivals between 9 am – 3 pm. 100% charges will apply for arrivals before 9 am. Late check out can be guaranteed at additional charge: 50% of the last night room rate for departure between 12 pm – 6 pm. 100% charges will apply for departure after 6 pm.
