Terms & Conditions
- The all-inclusive package begins at 15:00 on the day of arrival (early arrival will not alter the start time).
- The all-inclusive package concludes at 12:00 noon on the departure day (late checkout will not extend the end time).
- In-room dining, mini bar, and Stella Bar are not included in the all-inclusive package.
- Guests must present their all-inclusive package identification to the server before placing an order (bracelets to be collected upon
arrival at the reception. - Guests are requested to sign the bills for record-keeping purposes.
- After 22:00, Al Hadiqa Restaurant, Black Goose, and Bliss Lounge are accessible to guests aged 21 years and above
- Kids Policy: One child under 13.99 years old and one child under 5.99 years old dine free of charge when ordering from the kids'
menu and accompanied by an adult. - Set menus will be provided in alternative dinner venues.
- During the holy month of Ramadan or religious holidays, alcohol service will comply with local rules and regulations.
- Restaurant operating hours are subject to change.
- Menu items with supplementary charges are clearly marked.
- In response to COVID-19, the package details, as well as restaurant operating hours and services, are subject to change.
- Hotel reserves the right to replace the above items with similar brands.
- Carnival Brunch is available every Saturday in outdoor area which is included in the All Inclusive package.
Half Board bookings on Christmas Eve (24 December) and on New Year’s Eve (31 December) are for Lunch only
