All rates are NET per room, per night, based on Single or double occupancy BB or RO as stated above and exclude the
tourism dirham.
The above rates are inclusive of Municipality fee , service charge and VAT
Tourism Dirham: a fee of AED 15 per bedroom per night will be charged at the hotel in addition to the room charges and applicable tax.
Children above 11.99 years of age are considered adults
Check-in Time: 15:00 onwards, to guarantee early morning arrivals, the booking of one nights' accommodation prior to arrival is recommended.
Check-out Time: 12:00, a day use rate of 50% of the room rate applies until 16:00 hours and 100% of the room rate from there onward – All subject
to room availability.
