MEAL PLAN INFORMATION

Bed and Breakfast
Half Board:
• Guests on Half Board are entitled to breakfast and dinner during their stay.
• Half Board includes a buffet breakfast at Olives or The Rotisserie or at The Dining Room for The Residence guests (exclusive use of The Dining Room).
• Half Board dinner is available at the following participating restaurants (subject to change without prior notice):
1. Olives, The Palace (buffet dinner)
2. Tagine, The Palace (half-board menu)
3. Beach Bar & Grill, The Palace (half-board menu)
4. Drift, Arabian Court (half-board menu, kids above 16 only)

• The above participating restaurants have a half-board menu for half-board guests, apart from the buffet restaurants, Olives and The Rotisserie (subject to change without prior notice).
• Guests on Half Board will receive a 25% discount on the food bill during dinner at Tresind restaurant at One&Only Royal Mirage, and a 25% discount on the food bill during dinner at One&Only The Palm restaurant 101 - (subject to change without prior notice).
• Half Board is inclusive of food only. All beverages will be charged on consumption.
• Half Board must be booked for the entire stay and identified on the guest voucher or itinerary.
• Half Board must be booked for all guests staying in the same room.
• No credit is given if the Half Board benefit is not consumed.
• Pre-booking of the restaurants for dinner is required.
• Half Board does not apply for special events in the restaurants and the Festive New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner.
• All guests staying over 24th December at The Residence are charged per person as Christmas Eve supplement for dinner at The Dining Room.
Mandatory Festive supplement to apply for all the guests staying over 31st December.
Festive Season
Christmas / New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.

GENERAL POLICY
• Rates are exclusive of the AED 20 Tourism Dirham Fee which is calculated on a per room per night basis and payable by the guest upon check-out. The Tourism Dirham Fee applies for all stays including but not limited to commercial, complimentary, promotional, upgrades and short stays, but excludes late check-out.
• Rates are inclusive of daily Waterpark access.
• Rates are valid for FIT (individual) bookings up to 9 rooms per booking in Palace and Arabian Court and a maximum of 5 rooms per booking in The Residence. Rates for group, conference, incentive or event business are available upon request.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time for all guests is 15.00hrs (3 pm) local time and check-out time is 12.00hrs (12 noon) local time. For guaranteed earlier access to guest rooms, 100% of the contracted rate will be charged for the night prior, subject to availability. Late check-out until 18.00hrs (6 pm) will be charged at 50% of the contracted rate and 100% charges for late check-out after 18.00hrs (6 pm) onwards, subject to availability. Flight details or estimated arrival time of the guest must be given at the time of booking.
MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
All bookings during the Festive season are subject to a minimum length of stay of 4 nights for The Palace and Arabian Court, and 7 nights stay for The Residence.
CHILDREN POLICY
• Infants 0-3.99 years of age inclusive, stay and dine when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis.
• Children 4 years of age and above are subject to supplement charges when sharing the room with adult(s) on a bed and breakfast basis.
