GENERAL POLICY
Tourism Dirham Fee which is chargeable per room per night. This fee will be collected from the guest upon check-out and will be added to the guest’s bill.
Minimum Length of Stay:
- Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay
Early Check-In:

* The Hotel reserves the right to change the dates of Exhibitions (if announced/amended by organisers/ DTCM Dubai.
* These rates are for the use of bona fide customers travelling on an individual basis and do not apply to groups (10 pax or more). Reservations of more than 10 rooms will be considered a Group, hence requiring an ad-hoc quotation.
IHG® ONE REWARDS POINTS
The rates are not eligible for “IHG® One Rewards” points or other member benefits. The Partner shall be responsible for making this known to all booking parties.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Meal Charges for Children between (6 to 11.99 Years old) are subject to a 25% discount on HB & FB supplements.
Meal Charges for Children above 12 years are at full price.
Kids policy (New Year’s Eve Dinner 2025):
1 to 5.9 Free of Charge
6 years to 11.9 years will have a 50% discount from the adult rate
12 years and above full charges as an adult
Extra bed requests are subject to hotel availability if it’s not booked or requested at the time of original booking
