GENERAL POLICY:
Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 15 chargeable per room per night,which is to be settled directly at the Hotel by the client.
Minimum Length of Stay:
Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is required to stay during the days of Gulf Food & Arab Health.
Minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights is required to stay during New Year period.
Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights is required to stay during Gulf the days of Food Manufacturing & Big5.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
Children up to the age of 5.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults on existing bedding – Max 1 Child per room
Children aged between 6 - 11.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on existing bedding. Breakfast and other meal are chargeable
Extra bed (if needed) will be chargeable.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adult.

For guests booked on HB, supplement per person applies for House Drinks Package and Soft Drinks Package.

• The rates do not include the Tourism Dirham Fee which is AED 15 chargeable per room per night and needs to be settled directly at the Hotel by the client.
• The above rates are applicable for a Minimum Length of stay of 2 nights.
• The minimum length of stay of arrivals between 28th December 2026 – 01st January 2027 (inclusive) is 5 nights.
CHILDREN POLICY
The Hotel's Child Policy applies regarding accommodation and meals.
Children up to the age of 5.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on the same board basis as adults on existing bedding - Max 1 Child per room
Children aged between 6 - 11.99 years (inclusive) are accommodated free on existing bedding. Breakfast will automatically be charged per night in addition to any other meal plan booked (50% of adult supplement applies for other meals).
Children up to the age of 11.99 years (inclusive) will be accommodated on existing bedding. Extra bed (if needed) will be charged at the extra bed rate provided in the contract.
