You will be provided with full details of your booked board program on arrival at the hotel. The rates are not including any of the special brunches in resort.
GENERAL POLICY:
On Christmas (24 & 25 December 2026,2027) and New Year's (31 December 2026,2027), the half board rates will be applicable for breakfast and lunch only. Other meals or services may not be included in these rates.
All rates are exclusive of Tourism Dirham fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night. This fee will be charged directly to the guest.
During Ramadan and UAE public holidays, some hotel services may be limited as per local laws. The hotel is not liable for any related guest dissatisfaction.
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any interruptions, delays, or deficiencies in service caused by acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government regulations, health outbreaks, construction works outside the hotel premises, utility disruptions, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the hotel. Such events shall be deemed force majeure, and the hotel shall be fully indemnified against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from such circumstances.
FIVE Palm Jumeirah is not liable for guest complaints resulting from external factors beyond its control, including local events, weather, traffic, public infrastructure, or third—party services. No compensation, refunds, or liability shall arise in such cases.
Minimum Length of Stay:
Minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights is applicable for stays at Five Palm Jumeirah.
Minimum stay of 5 consecutive nights is applicable for stays during the period 27 December 2026,2027 and 01 January 2027,2028.
Check-in / Check-out Time:
Check-in time is 15:00 hours
Check-out time is 12:00 hours
For early departures or no shows, the hotel will apply a 100% charge for the entire stay, following the original reservation.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Children are considered from 0 to 11.99 years old
When children are sharing the room with their parents and using existing bedding, sofa bed, or rollaway bed, they are required to follow their parents meal plan.
Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
