The rural hotel El Refugio, which offers accommodation only or breakfast included, is located in Cruz de Tejeda, in the centre of the island of Gran Canaria. The place is located in the middle of nature and at an altitude of more than 1500 metres; a natural and scenic destination surrounded by the Sacred Mountains of Gran Canaria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
